Our Government has been tabling landmark democratic reform legislation in both the House of Commons and the Senate. This legislation is aimed at electing Senators, increasing representation in the House of Commons, ensuring accountability for political loans, increasing voter participation, and imposing Senatorial term limits. Our Government is hopefuly that this legislation will recieve broad support from across party lines so that all Canadians will benefit from increased representation and political accountability.
